Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Argos Vet AI (the "Service"), an AI-assisted reading support tool for veterinary dental radiography provided by DIGIRAY.Corp. ("we", "the Company").

1. Nature of the Service and Medical Disclaimer

The Service is a tool that supports a veterinarian’s reading of radiographs. It does not replace veterinary diagnosis, prescription, or treatment.

All output generated by the Service is a draft for review. AI may produce errors and does not guarantee identical results for the same image on every run. It may fail to detect lesions (false negatives) or report findings that are not present (false positives).

Final diagnosis and treatment decisions must be made under the independent judgment and responsibility of a qualified veterinarian. You must not rely on Service output in clinical practice without verification.

2. Eligibility

The Service is a professional tool for veterinarians and veterinary clinic staff. You represent that the professional information you provide at registration is accurate.

We do not independently verify professional credentials; responsibility for such credentials rests with you.

3. Accounts

  • You must manage your own account and must not share account credentials with third parties.
  • You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
  • You must notify us without delay if you become aware of any compromise of your credentials.

4. Your Responsibilities for Uploaded Data

  • You represent that you have the lawful authority to process the images and patient information you upload.
  • Obtaining any necessary consent from pet owners is your responsibility (and that of your clinic).
  • You must not upload human medical images, third parties’ personal information, or material that infringes any rights.
  • With respect to data you upload, we act as a processor handling such data on your instructions.

5. Fees and Usage Limits

  • The Service is currently provided free of charge as a beta.
  • Analysis requests are limited to 100 per clinic per month; this limit may be adjusted as operationally required.
  • We may introduce paid plans or change usage conditions in the future, with prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the Service as the final basis for veterinary diagnosis, or presenting its output to pet owners as a diagnosis without veterinary review
  • Placing excessive load on the Service through automated means
  • Reverse engineering or reproducing the Service’s source code, models, or prompts without authorization
  • Using another person’s account or API key without authorization
  • Uploading material that violates law or infringes third-party rights

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including software, design, and trademarks, belong to the Company.

Rights in the images and patient information you upload remain with you (or your clinic). We process them only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

Reports generated by the Service may be used freely by you for clinical purposes.

8. Changes and Interruptions

We may change or discontinue the Service. During the free beta, features may change without prior notice.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, faults, or circumstances affecting third-party AI providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided free of charge and "as is". We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of its output.

We are not liable for clinical outcomes arising from your use of Service output without review.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may restrict use or terminate the agreement after notice if you breach these Terms, or without notice in urgent cases.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Disputes arising from use of the Service shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s head office, except where the laws of your place of residence guarantee consumers a different venue.
